Been here quite a few times in the past month, I love the staff, the customer service, they're very knowledgeable and have a great selection of movie's :) My reasoning for the one star is their lack of music selection, in particular their metal section... Not a single Lamb Of God album on the shelf, no Iced Earth that I saw, a couple Megadeth albums, couple Pantera albums all in a small 6ft section. Their Hip-hop/Rap section is about the same, 6ft section. It's rather disappointing.... Sunrise Video sounds more appropriate/accurate, just throwing that out there haha Definitely the place to go for Movie's or TV series with their vast selection, knowledgeable staff and amazing customer service!

They pay no attention to you whatsoever and mingle around the front counter with that poser suburbia angst tension radiating profusely. Store looks good and clean tho.
