The young lady that served me after my car window was smashed was absolutely amazing. She not only did an excellent job cleaning up the broken glass, she ALSO replaced the WATER BOTTLE I had up front because some glass may have gotten on it. It's little things like that - and I should note I hadn't even purchased the new glass yet - that immediately won my business. I will gladly go back! This was my first time I've had my car broken into, and she just made the whole difficult situation 10x better.

Not impressed at all. I have used their service in the past and it was mediocre service but after returning with a new problem with my window they wouldn't even send someone to come out side to take a quick look at it. I simply wanted them to come out and take a few minutes to take a look at the issue to give a rough estimate of cost and would go from there. Sorry won't be using you guys again only because of poor customer service especially to returning customers....

I got my windshield replaced here. I didn't need an appointment and they got the job done quickly. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. They also offer your first chip repair for free. In Alberta you can't beat something like that.

Very good job on the windshield. One rock chip has started to make a bad star and splitting. She was able to repair it to perfection, I dont see it. She also gave me sticker if that happen again so rock chip won't expand.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Leanne today while having a windshield replaced. These days it's very hard to find good customer service but that is not the case here. Not only did she give me a very good price on the windshield, but also offered a free chip repair, a five dollar coupon at a car wash AND Saveon points! I think she truly appreciates her customers. I almost look forward to my next cracked windshield.

Best customer service I have recieved in a while. Lee-anne is a wonderful woman who takes care of all her clients. She is extreamly friendly and makes you feel welcomed. My windshield was fixed quite fast and I was only charged a small amount. Best pricing in town by far. They even have a cute shop dog !

Excellent service. Had to get my windshield replaced on my way to the GP airport from up north. They handled everything and drove me to the airport which they didn't have to do. When I picked up the car they let me get on the road to go back home while they took care of the insurance. 10/10 service.

We live two hours out of the city so I wanted to find the best price on a new windshield. This place had the best price (reason for two stars) so we booked an appointment. Drove the two hours and as soon as we walked in we had this feeling that things were not well managed there ( a 10 year old girl was behind the counter dealing with customers) and sure enough, the windshield had not been ordered. To be fair, we should have called ahead, but we will not be back.
