I found this company very unprofessional, performing work in a very unsafe and improper way. The owner does not answer or return calls and text messages. My advice is go with someone else. (I hope Google will leave this honest review based on my experience in dealing with Roc Dog Contracting as the owner reports negative reviews for removal.)

Justin and his team went above and beyond for me with a full work up on my front and back lawn. Very professional and courteous! Besides my lawn looking 100X better when I got home I wouldn't have been able to tell that anyone had been in my yard. They left no bags of grass or debris. I also appreciate that it is a local company. I would recommend Roc Dog Contracting in a heartbeat!

After the city left a large pile of snow and ice on the street where I have to park Justin and his team were able to very quickly make arrangements to get the snow moved for me! I am beyond thankful for the services they provide and the amazing customer service from start to finish. Did you know they also sell a pet friendly de icer that is delivered to your door?! I have tried this product and I have to say, it is amazing!!!

Personally, I feel it's just more professional to just make myself available to anyone wanting more information. I did however just receive an email accusing me of slander from Justin for the above posting. Since I paid my bill in full, I do feel that I'm justified in saying how I feel. And, although Justin mentioned in that email that "you don’t see me going after your business with my frustrations towards yourself", I would hope that would be the case for anyone! It would be completely unethical to write a negative review or "go after" a consumer's business when you weren't a customer just because they had a negative experience with your business. The team was delayed, and the on site workers were cursing without care for anything but the service was good and efficient and they actually did a little more then what was needed which I appreciate. The work was done several months ago but I forgot to review. Would recommend and will definately use their services again despite the minor things stated at beginning.
