During the worst summer we've experienced, heat wave after heat wave, Pro-West installed an AC unit on our home. Prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable people. From the owner to the technician who installed the unit, everyone knew what they were doing. They were helpful, efficient, and explained every step to us carefully. My dogs were very eager to say hello to their new buddy coming in and out of the house and yard each time, and he was fantastic with them. Good pricing, and the AC is doing a great job of keeping the house cool.

Danick discussed a "ball park" price over the phone with me, arranged a time to give a quote and was very punctual. He was thorough in his assessment and gave some honest information on my heating system. When the quote was emailed to me, we discussed original assessment and Danick very fairly adjusted one point. Being a busy time, Pro-West has a few crews installing A/C systems; Mike arrived about 9 o'clock and completed the installation by 5. I was very happy with the timeline, with quote being fully honored, and professionalism of Danick and Mike, and Heather when I paid my bill. I would totally recommend Pro-West for the fairness and integrity demonstrated to me.

no stress ..I ran into a lot of issues with the instalation. Took 3 days, they destroyed my floor, stained my carpet, scratch walls and furniture and did such a bad finishing job. The installer was a rookie without supervision and had to argue with the sales person on what we agreed on. 1 star because I like the product.

Very satisfied with pro-west! Danick was an excellent point man to deal with, and the technician stayed until 8 pm in the middle of the brutal heatwave to make sure ours was done! Great great great service!!! That’s worth more to me than any price point, but they were competitive there as well! Will use them again for sure.

My girlfriend just called pro west as our furnace quit. We were put through to the guy on call. Will not use names. He immediately started saying how tired he was and that he was almost home from a long days work. She explained what had happened and he went on again to say how tired he was. She asked if he would prefer if she called another company to come out. He said yes he would prefer this time not having to come. Not professional in the slightest. Would not recommend.

Had a rough start. Nothing wanted to work with our new Easy start pro. Not easy. But with they're great mechanics and office support they figured it out and it's working.
