I want to give a big shout out to the guys at Prism Glass! I called in the morning for a shower door repair and they had someone at my house that afternoon. Very fast, responsive, effective and reliable. I was very pleased with Prism Glass now and in the past as I have been using their services for years now! Keep up the good work guys!

I had a horrible experience with Prism in Grande Prairie. I took my brand new 2016 vehicle in for a new windshield after a big rock chip. The replacement leaked a huge amount of water into the interior of my vehicle at the car wash. They took it in to repair it, but that leaked again at the car wash. It leaked again at the carwash, and one more time at the carwash. If you are having a hard time counting, that is 5 leaks and 4 "repairs". On that last time they told me they would take off the windshield and start from the start, they didn't. At this time they also got glue all over the side of my new vehicle that I cannot get off. After this 5th leak, I told them I would no longer trust their service, and they refused to pick up any portion of a bill that I acquired anywhere else. They did offer me a $100 installation fee replacement, but that hardly covers the $350 I spent initially, plus my time, plus the cost of the work that needs doing at another glass shop. If you are having a windshield replaced, make sure you DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. I do not advise anyone to use Prism Glass. I purchased a custom shower package. Upon installing the shower, I realized that I was not given all the parts to install it properly and the glass door was not cut the correct size. The owner of Prism Glass told me all of this is my problem. He said he does not sell shower packages for do-it-your-self projects. But one of his employees did sell the package for me to install myself. The owner was not willing to do anything about the door that their supplier cut the wrong size. He repeatedly said it was my problem. He did give me the missing parts in the end but there were several phone calls and a visit to his shop to get what I needed. In order to get the shower installed properly, I will have to buy some additional parts to accommodate for the door being cut the wrong size. I would never treat any of my customers this way and for that reason I do not recommend Prism Glass.
