Had our furnace go down after hours on a cold nighy. Serviceman responded reasonably quickly and had the necessary parts with him. Had the heat going within a couple hours from my initial call. Excellent service and took time to review/discuss.

The furnace quit working in the middle of the night at my tenants. Called LSM service, and dispatch had Kenny call me back within 2 min. For waking up a guy sleeping, that guy has such an upbeat attitude. After explaining the problem, he went over to my house quickly and solved the issue. Kenny kept me in the loop the whole time. Kenny gave some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. Great attitude. Just had to write a review because of how awesome my experience was. Would give more stars if I could

I called because my furnace quit working. Rob called and came over to look at it and within no more than 5 minutes had it figured out and was back out to his truck to get the part I needed. Turns out Rob was also the one that came and hauled out my old furnace and installed this one 10 years ago. He did a great job then and he's still at it!! I won't call anyone else!
