Starting from the lady answered my call named Britney’ I believe, she booked my appointment on my own time and the person named Jill that fixed my heater- they are so professional, they are really helpful and friendly, I highly recommended using KeV- Air for your heater repair, and they have a fair call out price to begin with! I just want to say thank you to all your staff... Very Good Service!!! Again Highly Recommended.

Woke up to 16 degree house. Checked the trouble code on our furnace and called. Staff was very friendly and walked me through how to check/clean a sensor. Cranking heat in 15 mins. And saved me some cash. They earned a perminant client today. Thank you.
