Terrific company! I've had Hardline Heating & Plumbing out to both my home and business several times, and each time I was very happy with the prompt service, friendly staff and excellent work! I would definitely recommend Hardline for anyone who is experiencing and problems with their heating or plumbing; their rates are excellent and staff is extremely knowledgable!

Bobby from Hardline is a flipping plumbing rock star! I had a rotting cocktail of feces and urine soaked toilet paper spewing out of my floor drain and was ankle deep in human excrement. I phoned Bobby and he had my toilets flushing like an airplane bathroom within an hour. Plus he smelled great and his teeth were super clean.

Our tankless water heater quit and we thought it was toast. Luckily we called Hardline and Dave came by next morning to take a look. He was very fast to fix the machine and came all the way out to us in Crooked Creek. Customer service was great and service was very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using Hardline Heating again in the future. Happy customers for life!

I had a terrible experience and will not recommend to anyone. A 30 minute job took basically a month to complete, even though I was informed that it could be done right away, and the employees could not address the tenant(s) by their name and addressed them as someone else. I constantly had to make contact to figure out the status and the stories/excuses that were given never aligned, nor matched other employees that I talked to. Finally, the price (ended up being higher than the quoted amount), have a look for yourselves and my name was not even spelled correctly.

Jeff was an absolute rock star. Furnace stopped working at 3 am this morning, I gave him a call and he walked through some trouble shooting steps to get my furnace going again. Will absolutely be calling him for any of my heating/plumbing issues in the future. Thanks Jeff!

We couldn't have been more pleased with Greg's punctuality and professional service in unblocking our kitchen drain. He came within half an hour of our call. He was very courteous, personable and willing to share his knowledge about how to prevent future drain blockages -- by applying about once a month a bacterial agent that eats the bacteria that form in the accumulating sludge. Never drano! We would not hesitate to call him back again. Great work, Greg!!

If you need a plumber, I can’t recommend these guys enough! Our hot water heater quit on a Friday evening at 7pm, and someone arrived to fix it within half an hour. Couldn’t be fixed, so they replaced it no problem. Dustin was our tech and he was kind, courteous, timely, and professional. Super great dude, and totally prevented our weekend from being hot water free, which was delightful! The hero of the day! Thanks for your hard work! Greatly appreciated :)
