My friends and I always go to this store because they have new and gently used clothing and always have the 50% deal but the manager is very rude and nasty to asian like us. So it’s been more than a year that we didn’t go back to this place. We just shopped at mission thrift store since the employees and manager there treat us nicely. Last weekend my sister and i went back there we are happy the manager wasn’t there and the young lady was very helpful we went home with full of bags and went back again yesterday with my kids and both lots of good stuff. It’s just some of the clothings are overpriced especially if its branded even its already worn out it cost way overpriced and even the boots and shoes which are worn out cost $30-50. Like WTH its better to just buy a new pair of boots or shoes branded its almost same price anyway. Even your worn out bags like guess etc… it cost $30????????????. I hope you need to check your prices and compare it with the new one so other people still love to shop with your place and be respectful irregardless of race & nationality. Thank you.

No Goodwill for this place…. I’m not sure if they hired the same Pricers as value village but they’ve certainly joined the ranks of Not-A-Thrift-shop. I looked at two price tags and went to the manager and complained before leaving. Why? Sketchers sneakers so worn you could tell more than 50% of the tread was gone: $20.00 ???? Cotton hoodie, nothing fancy, a tad faded: $17.00! Maybe I’m spoiled by the real thrift stores a half hour west, but come on you guys - Your products cost you laundering and racking costs, much of you labour is government subsidized, if there is a justification for these prices AND being deemed a tax free entity on top of it all, is goodwill just a one way street?

Used to like goodwill but now who knows what they're doing with pricing now. Usually go in there to look for games and movies, they had Madden NFL 13 on xbox 360 for almost twenty dollars?! That's pretty ridiculous. Will be checking the store out a lot less.

The overpriced and ever-growing "Boutique" section has siphoned all the quality clothes off of the 'regular' racks. I used to come away with lots of great clothes for my kids but am finding less and less - as I refuse to pay your "Boutique" prices. It's becoming just as bad as VV!

This is an excellent place if you're looking for used books on any subject. The selection is excellent and incredibly cheap. It's definitely a hit-and-miss in terms of the books that you could find, but it is definitely worth a visit. Goodwill, of course, also sells used clothing, shoes, and other knick-knacks.

Still my favourite thrift store location! I love the charity it supports! I was slightly disappointed that they pick through the name brand clothes and priced them quite high. It was 50% off store wide and if wasn't for that, I may not have purchased much. The layout is okay, but slightly cluttered in the furniture department. I still found some good treasures and will be back !

Today I went to donate for the first time in this place, the person who is there not even greeted, had a bad attitude. I can understand that it must be tedious to deal with so many things, but the attention to the client or the people who come to donate must be paramount. I went in to buy a Christmas tree and the place was organized and they have good prices.

Great place to shop for deals by the coloured tags. I used to shop here all the time but they don't have the gently used underwear section anymore. Can you believe that!? Still on a good day you might be able to find a pair of overly used high heels. Life hacks to get the job done. It ain't much but it's honest work. Another useful FYI... all bibles are free so if you need cheap reliable firestarter, this is the place to go.

Great store. Great service. Good selection. Good quality stock. This town is filled with wonderful thrift store donations, often near brand new. Some things priced exceptionally for value. Some things priced higher than I'd hope. I continue to go back. You never know what things you'll find that you didn't know you needed ????

Very dispointed on how our visit went today , myself , my two kids and my mother was shopping in this store , while we where shopping my two kids where playing with little plastic swords (that i was going to buy) one of the laides that was working came up to my kids and grabbed the toys from them and said you can't be playing in the store , so I said their buying them and she mouthed off something about them being to loud so I said it would be nice if you came to me and I would of took care of it instead of going to the kids , so I went on to fishen shopping about 20 minutes later as I got checked in and paid for my stuff as I was walking out the door another worker came up to me and said you can't be swearing on the workers? I said excuse me I didn't swear on anyone she countied to say dont come back to this store anymore ???? I was very confused because I was not swearing on anyone and she was very rude to me and my kids ..I'm not impressed pretty sure I will not be going back there anymore I'm sure I can donate and spend my money else were !!

It's a good place to go to de stress n the staff are generally friendly n helpfull and more reasonable than value village price wise,it's way over shopped so you'll be lucky to find anything,they force everyone to wear a mask or get kicked out and seem to have permanently shutdown bathrooms and change rooms due to the ongoing Covid situation.

I like thrifting and enjoy the deals here, but I’m having troubles lately with clothing since I can’t try anything on. I don’t have time to come in in the 7 days to exchange clothes that don’t fit properly, so unfortunately I won’t be back until change rooms are open again, and I’ll be going to another shop. I phoned one day to ask about the change rooms and the lady I spoke to said they are open since they’re following AHS guidelines and when I finally went staff told me there was no change rooms. I also bought a salad spinner here that was taped together so tight I didn’t realize someone just mashed together random parts and when I brought it home I realized it was literally useless and jut threw it away. Would be nice if staff made sure items that go up for sale actually work.

On top of having pretty ridiculous prices, they do not accept returns, not even store credit even with the tag still on. Their website says that store credit will be given but this store does not honor the policy. They're pretty much a huge scam anyway.
