because I tried to get back to my house today and they had blocked the whole street without warning. it's a small street, one way in one way out, dead end, and no one can use it, its inconsiderate. at least knock on some doors an hour beforehand or leave a goddam notice it's not that hard.

Price was right and they were local, picked up some blocks but when I got them they wouldn't work so Economy gave me a full refund and sent me on to two other vendors and products that will work for me. Placing my care above a sale says it all.
