Part of my facia came off from the strong wind we had last week. I could not climb high and don't have a ladder for it. So I phoned these Guys. Came the next day and did a great job. We had a great experience at first, asked for a quote for the worst case scenario (as in the whole roof, structure and all needed to be replaced), was told that wouldnt be necessary and was given a quote for what they thought needed to be done, all within a week or 2. After saving up for a year and for more then what was quoted (as we weren't going to have work done in the middle of winter), we were excited that they would honor the original quote, but wanted to come check it again. They verbally told us they would come out Tuesday to check. On Tuesday, we called them in the afternoon, only to be told we weren't booked in at all and that they would call us when they could come out. No calls or emails till Saturday when they called, said they'd be out that afternoon. When they showed up, they couldnt even go up on the roof as they didnt bring a ladder. They said they'd come out Sunday with a ladder and update us on what they found. We waited 5 WEEKS before emailing them ourselves, only for them to tell us (a shortened version:) "Sorry, we have concerns with the structure, we wont know until we take the roof off, its probably going to cost you more then what you have saved up. We can replace the shingles but leave the poor structure if you want, but then they might not live up to their warranty. I don't want you to be upset with my comments. These are the facts. Let me know what you want us to do." Needless to say, we wont be using their services and getting a second opinion.
