Don't expect to see them again once they have your money. I made a mistake by paying them before the job was completed. The workmanship just wasn't there: poor paint job, glue on the floor, gaps between floor planks, cracks on drywall and trims. They told me they are a reputable company not like some contractors in Grande Prairie and his wife is a realtor in town so you can trust them. They did complete the basement renovation that I hired them to do but it has a few issues, see pictures. When I brought the issues to them during construction, they told me what do I expect for this much money, my house is crooked or the sub-contractors are lazy. I paid what they quoted me and the sub-contractors were hired by them. Now the trims are cracking after 2 months and they won't return any of my phone calls, texts or emails. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks. I do not recommend Carriage Construction. Quality is not their priority, they do not take responsibility for any issues, whether it's a quality or sub-contractors issue.

Mike with Carriage Construction did a great job with our basement development. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get some work done in the Grande Prairie area.
