I contacted Borden wanting a new storm door, after playing phone tag with Tony for a while the owner called me. Joel was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. Joel stopped by a couple of days later to take a look, after just a minute he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it on the spot - no new door required! He was so great with my kids (that were harassing him, and definitely in his personal space), very professional and worked quickly. When I need any doors or windows replaced or fixed in the future I will not use anyone but Borden, 100% recommended!!!

Updating our existing door with a window made a huge difference in the entryway. It feels so much bigger and brighter! I didn't realize it was an option to put a window into a door until it was suggested. Instead of installing a new screen door, the window in the door serves the purpose of letting in light and air and allowing me to see and hear the kids playing in the backyard. Plus this was a more cost effective option. Thank you!

I had Borden come out and look at my door seals after our extreme cold snap. I wanted some expertise to provide some upgraded seals and advice from keeping my doors from freezing. Tony came out and was on time, professional, and provided an honest opinion. I was expecting a hefty service bill, but because I had the parts, and it was an easy fix, the service call was very affordable. I didn’t feel like they tried to take advantage at all, and my trust is hard to earn. This gained my trust, and they will be my first call when I need a new door, window, or service. Great business sense, which is hard to come by these days.

Had Borden contracting replace 3 old wood frame basement widows and 1 outside door on my 1959 house. They did an excellent job finishing the outdoor side of the windows and door to fit my old house perfectly. Tony was great to deal with. Very polite and professional. Borden Contracting is probably the best company, for any type of service in Grande Prairie, to deal with. We got 7 windows and 2 doors replaced on our 1960’s home that had all wood window frames. I had 5 companies, yes I said 5... come to our house and give quotes. Borden was by far the best to deal with. Tony is very knowledgeable and honest from the start. He listens to what YOU WANT, and helps you pick what is right for you. No pushy sales or trying to upgrade you on things that are not beneficial for what you are getting done. He stays in contact with you throughout them entire process from start to finish. Joel and Dan are very professional and super clean. They are efficient on how they work and do so without interrupting a families routine. They clean as they go, this includes vacuuming up before going to the next window or door. Every night the house was just as they came, as if they had never been there at all. They were on time with their work and what was quoted was exactly what was charged. No last minute additions to the bill. The quality of materials are way better then we expected as well. Wish I could give them a 10 star rating.

We had a larger size master bedroom window and oversized front door taken out and replaced with new ones by Tony and Dan. They did a great job and were professional and polite. Our home is older (built 1958) so the front door was much larger than todays traditional doors but Tony did a great job at fitting the ew door in perfectly. These guys are very easy to deal with and it's a Huge bonus knowing they give you a quote, order And do the actual work themselves. No salesman here, they don't need one!
