I personally have used BW Berch Concrete three times. Two crack repairs to the foundation on the inside and one crack on the outside. All applications at different times and places over the years. I can attest to their quality of workmanship lasting long after their warranty. When you contact BW Berch they are real people giving you sound advice based on their years of experience. I truly enjoy the service they provide and them as people.

I had Jeff and the guys come in to fix the cracks and seal and paint my Garage floor and repair a drain for my entrance in the back. The did a amazing job and I really enjoyed dealing with them. Called three different times nobody answered the phone. Then when they did answer they promised me an estimate a week later. Didn’t show and wouldn’t answer the phone. 2 star service. Called Nextstar estimate and repair same day.

Quite impressed with this company, they took some time to start the work but once started had steady progress with minor setbacks and managed to perform repairs other companies were not confident in quoting, in addition to this their price was below other competitors and workmanship was great. I was around for most of the repairs and can say some of their lead hands are obsessed with doing the job correct to the point that it borderlines being overkill. the workers were trustworthy with personal possessions and property in addition to being fun to work with if you end up helping out on the worksite.

When they tell you that they warranty their work don't believe them. Basement leaking again from a crack they fixed, destroyed my floor and they don't answer they're phone or email. It's been months of trying. Steer clear and call someone else.

The fella came out in dress shoes, nice bluejeans and dress shirt. Next thing I know he's under the table downstairs asking for tools. I found them for him and within an hour he had the problem fixed. I would recommend them in an instance.

I have had several clients that have found themselves in a bind finding some basement cracking that was unknown discovered through a property inspection. Jeff has stepped in twice and made the repairs that resulted in very relieved & happy clients. Unfortunately, the situations always seem to be last minute with some pretty stressed people because a buyer or seller's deal is often pending. Recognizing the situation and willingly talking to the people has been important and greatly appreciated. Definitely, a pleasure to work with because of his experience, knowledge & great customer service.

Been dealing with BW Birch for years. Always been happy with the work they've done for me. Recently, I needed to tear up part of my driveway to fix a water line. The young fellow they sent came with everything he needed, was very friendly and efficient. He had my driveway cut exactly as I had requested in about an hour.
