Funny how they feel it's okay to endanger a family and their home.. when our furnace blew up( literally went bang , smoke gas smell and all) because of their inability to properly train their techs they said well regardless of whether we messed up or not because of the age of your furnace we will not take responsibility . Careful when chooseing this company and expecially be careful when they say they have to come in and change your meter cause that's when all our issues started . Shady company and the guy filling in for the supervisor (lee) is expecially shady. I will be contacting both bbb and a lawyer.
