I was traveling home to Grande Prairie on highway 40 August 15 at 4:03 pm in my pick up truck when I come up behind slow traffic and ended up behind a 3S contracting water truck covered in mud and rocks it was dropping huge chunks of mud and rocks all over the highway which resulted in two of the rocks bouncing off the pavement and smashing out my front window one of the rocks was the size of my fist. I fallowed the truck back to its shop in grande prairie and notified the truck driver ( Marvin) what had happened to which he responded “ you are crazy if you think I’m picking rocks and mud off my truck every time I pull on the pavement “ and to take it up with management . I called management and waited for a lady to come back to the shop her name was Erieanna Smith , she took pictures of the damage to my truck and took me in her office and I told her what had happened exactly when and where , she basically called me a liar and said the water truck was already back to the shop at the time I stated this had happened but took my number and said she would have management call me in the morning . After I left she text me and asked if this had happened by grande cache which is crazy because I just had told her in her office it had happened between the candor road and wapiti bridge . No one ever contacted me from management , Erieanna sent me a text the next morning saying that management had reviewed the situation and they are not responsible for the situation and that it was an unfortunate situation . 3S contracting is a very unprofessional pathetic sketchy company and has cowards for management that can’t own up to their own rong doing or even have the balls to answer me back for that matter . I have started a case with D.O.T and would highly recommend not using this company and I would look for a honest , reputable company in the future !!! It’s pretty sad that a company is willing to loose business and a name for themselves over a couple hundred dollar windshield they smash out of a persons vehichle . Drivers name was Marvin Water truck unit number is 720 License plate number E-71925 The least amount of stars I could give for this review was one , I would of chose zero if I could have . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!
