In short, they seem more interested in selling you services and equipment, than actually helping you. I add a star because it was available quickly during COVID ... but at what cost ... and for no results ... it's still beyond me ... L'unité murale de cette dernière s'est mise à faire un bruit de whinning intermittent, mais tellement fort lorsqu'il est présent que ça nous réveille la nuit. Puisque c'était intermittent, j'ai pris un vidéo du son que l'unité murale faisait car le problème n'était pas présent lors du passage du technicien. Lorsqu'il est arrivé et, même après lui avoir fait écouté la vidéo du bruit, le technicien a décidé de faire un entretient de l'unité murale (qui était déjà très propre) au cout de 210$ total. 85$ de service, 75$ d'azote (vraiment ?!?) et 25 $ pour une canne de nettoyant à serpentin qui se vend 10$ au CanadianTire). Il est resté un gros 40 minutes. Évidemment, cela n'a en rien réglé le problème. Le technicien nous a expliqué que les unités murales n'était pas vraiment réparables, que le fabricant n'existait plus (Air tempo), qu'on pouvait continuer de s'en servir et que lorsqu'on serait tanné du bruit, de le rappeler pour en faire installer une nouvelle. Pensez-vous réellement qu'après avoir jeté 210 $ pour absolument rien, nous allons vous rappeler pour notre prochaine thermopompe ?! Bref, ils semblent plus intéressés à vous vendre des services et équipements, qu'à vous aider réellement. J'ajoute une étoile car il était disponible rapidement pendant la COVID... mais à quel prix... et pour aucun résultat... ça me dépasse encore...
