Amazing experience! Replaced my roof in the summer of 2017 and at that time got 9 different quotes. In my experience, I found you either dealt with a big profile company that had a lot of overhead to cover and came in with a high quote, or you had a crew of ~3 guys that came in lower. The upside to the big company is you can track them down if there is an issue down the road, but you pay for that upfront. The "guy and his truck" style crew is cheaper but they won't come back if there is an construction or warranty issue - they're on to the next job. Zion Roofing was the perfect size - big enough that they have an independent business manager and office administrator that you can reach all the time and small enough that you're not paying for the cost of keeping up a showroom. Furthermore, out of the 9 quotes, Zion was the cheapest!! My roof job wasn't the easiest - I had ice issues in the winters over my kitchen that I wanted fixed for good seeing as I was putting on a 40+ year shingle. Zion took up the plywood, re-insulated my attic in that area and then investigated a bit more and discovered that the insulation in one of my kitchen walls had slipped down. They re-insulated that wall free of charge and this winter I had NO ice at all! They went above and beyond the details of our contract because they cared that the job was done right! The shingle job was great, they cleaned everything up superbly, they were extremely pleasant and professional the entire time despite 40 degree heat and they even replaced the rotten roof and re-shingled my shed to match the new colour on the house. All this and the best price that was quoted to me...I honestly can't say enough good stuff about this company. Highly highly recommend!!

Zion Roofing is the definition of a reliable, honest, and affordable roofing contractor that performs the highest quality of work. They have a great reputation of installing roofs correctly and not cutting corners during installation. Other roofing contractors in the area have all mentioned to me that Zion does great work, which holds a lot of weight in my opinion. We got our roof replaced and installed last summer by Zion and are incredibly satisfied and happy with the service they provided. Gabriel and Stephany answered all of our questions and concerns, and provided excellent service at a great price. You can sleep well at night knowing your roof was installed correctly by a competent and reliable contractor. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Not a company to trust for after service and guarantee. Very unprofessional attitude. I contacted them in April, they came for an inspection and promised sending an estimate. After a months of followup , David Caron sends an email in July saying that they wont do my work because they will focus on on larger projects! After discussions explaining that it will be late for me to be with another company, the person in reception said they can send an estimate for 2M$ if I like.

He took the time to explain their product and answered additional questions that I sent him by email. The work was done as agreed and there were no additional costs. In 3 h everything was over. They spent a kind of vacuum all around the house to pick up the nails. A negative point that I met is at the confirmation level. I was phoned to tell me that there would be no truck available the week of work so they would deliver the materials the week before. No problem! I ask how it will work for the work, if we will notify me a few days before for example. I am told that we will communicate with me 1 day or 2 before the work to notify me. The morning of work, I had a little surprise when we came to knock on my door, while we were still lying, to ask us to move our vehicles. Nobody had called me as agreed to warn me. Fortunately for them, I was on leave that day otherwise I would not have been home at this time. I also found some butchies of cigarettes in my yard (we do not smoke). Les travaux ont été faits tels que convenus et il n'y a pas eu de coûts additionnels. En 3 h tout était terminé. Ils ont passé un genre d'aspirateur tout le tour de la maison pour ramasser les clous. Un point négatif que j'ai rencontré est au niveau de la confirmation. On m'a téléphoné pour me dire qu'il n'y aurait pas de camion disponible la semaine des travaux donc qu'ils viendraient livrer les matériaux la semaine avant. Pas de problème! Je demande comment ça va fonctionner pour les travaux, si on va m'aviser quelques jours avant par exemple. On me répond qu'on communiquera avec moi 1 journée ou 2 avant les travaux pour m'aviser. Le matin des travaux, j'ai eu une petite surprise quand on est venu cogner à ma porte, alors que nous étions encore couchés, pour nous demander de bouger nos véhicules. Personne ne m'avait appelée comme convenue pour m'avertir. Heureusement pour eux, j'étais en congé cette journée-là sinon je n'aurais pas été à la maison à cette heure. J'ai également trouvé quelques butchs de cigarettes dans ma cour (nous ne fumons pas). En espérant que mon chien n'en a pas mangé.

These guys are true professionals. Gabriel took all the necessary time to answer my questions and provided me other addresses to demo their work. Job was done as expected, no hidden fees etc. My roof is 7 years old now and I had a 'leaking' eavesthrough. Not sure about the cause, I called them back to take a look. Turned out the eavestrhough was not installed properly. Even though it had nothing to do with the roof, they temporarily 'patched' the eavestrhough, at no charge...2 years past their 5 years warranty.

I can not sing the praises enough about this group of people. Gabriel was a Magic Man with getting the job done. He was instrumental in making this a good experience; from the initial inspection, to providing a reasonable and detailed quote, to keeping me and my wife appraised of the process. A huge shoutout goes to Stephany for shuffling my roof project timeline forward after a storm caused our only bathroom to flood while it was being renovated. The insurance put a stop work order on the bathroom until the roof was fixed. Stephany was the key that opened the lock that stopped the bathroom reno. Zion recently replaced the roof on my home and we are very happy withe result and service we received. With the windstorm last week, my elderly neighbors had damage to their shingle roof and Zion came out within 24 hrs to repair the damage and inspect the roof for condition and other possible damage not visible from the ground. The owners are thrilled with the work and service also.

Had my roof replaced by this company found they were very unexperienced as well as unprofessional... good at seeling a job but no idea or capacity to do the work correctly... needless to say i had more problems with the new roof than the pre-existing one, which led to extensive and costly damages to my home that they refuse to take responsibility for... very dishonest n disrespectful people... once they have been paid they could care less about the poor quality of services they provide... a roof is a very important and essential part of a home, if your not an expert don't prentend to be one... To anyone who may read this pls pls pls save yourself the extra money and hasle and hire a real contractor who will guarantee their work and wont create new problems that they aren't qualified to fix

It was a pleasure working with Zion Roofing and their crew earlier this week. We replaced the aging asphalt shingles with metal roofing and Gabriel took the time to explain and walk us through the process. I particularly appreciated their patience in answering all our questions and allowing us to look at their work at each stage of the roofing. Given the long life of a metal roof, we may not need to call them for a long long time. They also include a 5 year warranty on their work. However, I will definitely hire them if we decide to build a covered porch on the side of our house or if we build a closed car garage. I am very pleased with the workmanship and overall quality of the work. The metal roof installation crew included three Johnathan(s) and one Stephanie were very pleasant to work with. The metal roofs were manufactured in Ottawa and intsalled by Zion. One cannot get more local that that. Highly recommend them. The one think that i would like to point out is that they do not accept bank transfers yet and so check is currently the only form of payment. They said that they are working on it. Keep up the nice work!
