Eric and company (3) arrived well equipped and did the work to our full satisfaction and in a very short time. All the details that seemed complicated and disturbing were "no problem." Eric et compagnie (3) sont arrives bien equipes et ont effectue le travail a notre pleine statisfaction et en tres peu de temps. Eric paid such close attention to the little details, and was a great help when I needed to bounce design ideas off him. He replaced our old sliding glass patio doors, giving extra attention to ensuring everything was completely sealed and perfectly balanced; he replaced our old carpet in our den with stunning mahogany, and somehow managed to make the room look beautifully square even though it's closer to a lop-sided trapezoid; he replaced our creaky stairs with custom-sized mahogany, and he replaced our hearthstone with perfectly laid marble tile. As the person that was at home throughout the 2 week reno, I must say it was a delight to have Eric in our home with his talented team; they were professional, respectful and answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Eric and his team made sure that throughout the day everything was kept as tidy as possible and he took great care with the rest of my house while he was working. We had Eric move our laundry pipes and vents up to our top floor from the basement. Him and his team were quick and clean. Fast forward a year after, I had issues with lint and dust all over my house. I spent 500$ on an air quality test-turns out he used the wrong end on the dryer vent that attaches outside the house. I told him this and he changed it but made me order it and told Me he didn’t want to do any more work for me. Fast forward a couple of years the sale Of my house was cancelled because the inspector found out the dryer should be vented with a metal not plastic pipe at least 4” in diameter and at least 4’ from the outside wall, which is a fire hazard. I’m not even going to contact him to fix this. I paid him $3000 for his work and he just distorted my house. And no you didn’t use a metal pipe. Défaut à corriger Lors de l'inspection, nous avons noté que le tuyau d'évacuation était en plastique. Le conduit de ventilation de la sécheuse doit être métallique afin de résister à la chaleur, être isolé sur les 4 premiers pieds à partir du mur extérieur, ou en totalité lorsqu'il passe dans l'entretoit, et être connecté à un registre extérieur situé à un minimum de 4 pieds de toute entrée d'air. Apporter les correctifs nécessaires immédiatement selon les règles de l'art. Faire appel à un professionnel au besoin.
