We agreed on a price three months before the due date. On that exact date, they contacted me by email to tell me that the pricing has changed and it is gone up. I responded to explain to them the situation but they never answered. Maybe, they had their reasons to change their pricing. Although they did that at the last minute, I can put myself in their position and understand. Nevertheless, not answering my explanatory email is quite unprofessional and disrespectful.
