I cannot thank the team enough for the incredible work they did. I contacted the company in October, during the pandemic, thinking that this would be a headache to deal with and I was completely wrong. The sales rep Rober was great, I had my quote, I put the deposit down to guarantee my spot and price, set for spring within one hour. The crew arrived yesterday, they had the eavesthrough up and within the hour. The assembly matched the design, the colours, again, thanks to Robert clearly knowing his product, look fantastic. The payment was easy as can be, the price was competitive and I am thrilled, it was worth every penny. I wish all companies could follow their model because with them, the customer truly comes first.

We hired this company a few years ago to install gutters and downspouts around our newly-renovated home. Michel came out, more than once, to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted and needed. Everything was installed perfectly and, when we needed to modify something, they came back out and made the change without charge. Now, years later, we had two small corner pieces that needed to be replace because of heavy ice load - they got bent over the winter - so they have come and replaced both pieces, again without charge. We LOVE this company - and everyone we've met that works there. Thank you guys so much!

Initially, they did ok work for an ok price but it turns out the quality of their workmanship was sub par. Now we are three months into waiting for them to come back to fix one of their mistakes, and it's proven impossible. We keep calling and get told, "oh yes! We'll be there tomorrow!" So we take afternoons off work and they never come. This has occurred more three times. Our gutters are hanging on one side of our garage and it is looking like we will have to fix the problem ourselves because we feel it is unlikely they will honour their so called "guarantee". I do not recommend this company and will not use them again in the future.

Work was done right with no issues. But very unprofessional in communication. I called for an estimate, took two weeks to email me back, their representative would take at least 10 days before answering any emails and i had to send multiple emails to get two words response. When I called to pay for the invoice (after a week of trying to get hold of someone) their customer service was very rude and said I was lying about trying to contacting them. I have written proof and recorded records I would be more than happy to share them! All in all I’m okay with what happen but if you want someone little more professional stay away. If you are looking for the cheapest then they are what you are looking for.

We had our eavestroughing replaced and everything was fast and professional from the very first call I made to their office. Our salesman Robert was fantastic, he stopped by to take the measurements and did the quote up on site. The guys showed up about a week and a bit later (which was the expected time frame) and replaced the gutters. The guys that replaced the gutters did a great job and cleaned up everything. If it weren't for their sign on the lawn you would never even know they were there....until it rained! :)

Very disappointed with this company. They came to install an eavesdrop on my 1 and half year old new house and broke my window. I reported it and the owner agreed to get it fixed. 2 weeks past I didn't hear from him, I reached out only for him to tell me he doesn't think his guys broke it. I took ownership of the house brand new and had my 1 year warranty done by a professional 3 months before getting an eavesdrop. And if they were broken before I would have spotted it while doing the 1 year warranty. I know how all my windows were and no one had worked on the roof or around that area except these guys. So how can my window break? I even contacted the builder about it and they were surprised this is just coming up after 2 inspections ( before purchase and after). If you choose to use their services, make sure to be around to inspect any damages so you can report right away.

My wife and I contracted with Gouttières X-Treme Plus Eavestroughing to replace our existing gutters. The original gutters did not offer enough downspouts for the size of our roof, so with heavy rainfalls the original gutters over flowed which resulted in the brick window sills disintegrating over time. We are very happy with Daniel's recommendation to install downspouts for every 45 feet of roof length, plus a wider diameter (3") downspout compared to the original. Bobby and his crew did a fine job on the installation. When I had questions about the nature of the work Daniel (Sales Rep) and Michel (owner) arranged to have Bobby and his crew return to explain and demonstrate the crimping equipment and process. They made some minor adjustments on the original installation to our satisfaction. Bobby offered to return in the future if we had any further concerns about the eavestroughs. It was a very busy season for eavestrough work in 2020 but the staff at Gouttières X-Treme Plus Eavestroughing made every effort to get the installation done on time, and return when requested. We are very happy with our choice of eavestroughing contractor.

Received many quotes in 2018 for eavestroughing, every other company was pushy and tried forcing us to sign a deal on the spot. The people at Gouttieres X-treme were patient, showed us their material and gave us a great group rate. The installation came quick and no issues. Fast forward 3 years, I call then up again to get an eavestrough extended after a home renovation, they showed up a week later and helped us at no additional cost being a returning customer of theirs.

What's the most impressive is how Cameron and Xtreme Eavestrough talk to people compared to their competition. Very, very disappointed with this company. After an estimation, we agreed on a certain type of eavestrough. They obviously didn't put the right thing, since I still have the same "overflowing" problem. Furthermore, they were supposed to install grids on all of my eavestroughs, but didn't installed anything on one of them, because "there was no leaves in it". But I paid for that. When I called them back, I was told that they would come later to see what was going wrong and to finish the job. Still waiting... I really don't recommend this company.

Tried to reach Gouttières Régional but would not get call backs on my small job. Gouttières X-Treme did respond and did the work in a timely fashion. It was a small job with under 20 linear feet of gutter with 1 downspout. Price was a bit steep but seeing as no one else responded what can I say. Work was done well and site left clean. Some issues with communication though as I had requested for drain to extend lateral but they installed drain coming out perpendicular AND provided marked up digital photos demonstrating what I wanted. Fortunately I arrived home just as they were finishing and they quickly redid the work. Honestly though this seems to be the same for every contractor - you damn well better be present to supervise.

Arrived when promised, delivered and installed a well-matched (colour) eavestroughing - looks great!

This company installed eavestroughs on my neighbours home today and were TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and messed with MY property. Not only did they cross over a fence between the two properties to use my front lawn to measure out and cut pieces for the downspout, they also left small pieces of tin from their tin snips when sizing the pieces and left them IN MY GRASS where children and dogs regularly walk. The cherry on top was the workers removing a sticker from MY EAVESTROUGH for the company that installed mine. I have video footage of all of this from my security cameras so I will be in touch if/when someone or my dogs are injured by the tin left in my grass and I will be sure to share my feedback on any other review sites so potential customers can be warned of the mess they leave behind for you and your neighbours to deal with.
