(Translated) I contacted Action Construction after a seepage of water into my basement. The borders were to redo and we did not know if the French drain was correct. Serge came home and said he would send me the quote during the week or early next week. On the Wednesday of the following week, he phoned me to ask me a few questions and told me that he was finishing the submission by the day and that I would have it by the next day. I finally received it two days later. Before embarking on French drain work ($ 24,000), I made the decision to bring another company to get a camera and it turned out that my drain was in good condition. So I rewrote to Serge to ask him to modify the submission to only include the borders. He told me on June 7 that he was doing this to me in the week. It's July 19th and I have not received anything yet. I finally turned to another company (which was able to bid me on the spot) who did the work before yesterday. Serge seems to know what he's talking about and took the time to explain what he would do but there are some gaps in customer service. Does not respect the "deadlines" that he gives himself to return the submissions. (Original) J'ai communiqué avec Action Construction suite à une infiltration d'eau dans mon sous-sol. Les margelles étaient à refaire et nous ne savions pas si le drain français était correct. Serge est venu à la maison et a dit qu'il m'enverrait la soumission durant la semaine ou en début de semaine prochaine. Le mercredi de la semaine suivante, il m'a téléphonée pour me poser quelques questions et m'a dit qu'il terminait la soumission dans la journée et que je l'aurais d'ici le lendemain. Je l'ai finalement reçue deux jours plus tard. Avant de me lancer dans des travaux de drain français (24 000 $), j'ai pris la décision de faire venir une autre compagnie pour faire passer une caméra et il s'est avéré que mon drain était en bon état. J'ai donc réécrit à Serge pour lui demander de modifier la soumission pour seulement inclure les margelles. Il m'a répondu le 7 juin qu'il me faisait ça dans la semaine. Nous sommes le 19 juillet et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Je me suis finalement tournée vers une autre compagnie (qui a pu me faire la soumission sur place) qui a effectué les travaux avant hier. Serge a l'air de savoir de quoi il parle et a pris le temps d'expliquer ce qu'il ferait mais il y a quelques lacunes au niveau du service à la clientèle. Ne respecte pas les "échéances" qu'il se donne lui-même pour retourner les soumissions.
