we had a Quote with them on April and ask them right away to bring the contract! they nerver did even we call them multiple times. They finally reached us In June to say they will bring the contact but the price as gone up and they can’t guaranteed the previous priced because the contract weren’t signed and they won’t do nothing for it????????????. And there new price covered less. I was so glad I found another company to do it. I’m adding this section after the response from the owner we NEVER HAD ANY CONTRACT on hand and we dit call numerous time for it and I have proof, so no need to lie

(Translated) After calling several closing companies in May, we chose this company because they promised an installation at the end of June and the deadline was very important for us because we have a swimming pool installed. Receptionist was nice, and the estimator, Jonathan, too. On the other hand, the day of the installation, the sub-contractor told us that he was ringing and knocking on the door and that no one answered then he and his team left. To be honest, yes our doorbell was giving us difficulty and it's hard to hear a knock on the door but my question is, why has nobody called me? He had my number on file .. whatever, I take absolutely part of the responsibility for this incident. What followed, however, was a customer service horror story. No one answered our calls or emails to reschedule. Or if they did answer they were rude and blamed us for not hearing a knock on the door and said they didn't have a new date for us. I felt really uncomfortable when I spoke to the owner as he was very rude and unfriendly. The only response I got (the few times I got a response was "we're very busy, we look at the schedule and get back to you" but it never came back to us. Finally, we asked for the number of the subcontractor Sean and we organized a date with him (which is not our responsibility!) Sean (who is a sub contractor and therefore, I think, not even an employee) was the only positive aspect of our experience, he was professional, kind, and very efficient. In all, the job was done 1 month late. The 2nd day left a few small details like a few cigarettes on the ground, and a block of cement that they placed between the fence and the cedar hedge .. no idea why? But I'm sure if Sean had been there, these details would have been noticed and rectified. Having said that, it was the worst experience for us in terms of customer service. Covid is no excuse for poor service. My advice is to choose a different company. Par contre, la journée de l'installation, le sous contracteur nous dit qu'il sonnait et cognait à la porte et que personne a répondu alors lui et son équipe ont quitté. Pour être honnête, oui notre sonette nous donnait de la difficulté et il est difficile d'entendre cogner à la porte mais ma question est, pourquoi personne m'a appelé? Il avait mon numéro dans le dossier.. peu importe, je prend absolument partie de la responsabilité pour cet incident. Ce qui a suivi, par contre, était une histoire d'horreur de service à la clientèle. Personne répondait nos appels ou courriels pour reschéduler. Ou s'ils répondaient, ils étaient impolis et nous blâmais de ne pas avoir entendu cogner à la porte et disaient qu'ils n'avaient pas de nouvelle date pour nous. Je me suis senti vraiment mal à l'aise lorsque j'ai parlé au propriétaire car il était très impoli et non sympathique. La seule réponse que je recevais (les rares fois que je recevais une réponse était "nous sommes très occupé, on regarde l'horaire et on vous reviens" mais il nous revenait jamais. Finalement, nous avons demandé le numéro du sous-contracteur Sean et nous avons organisé une date avec lui (qui est aucunement notre responsabilité!) Sean (qui est un sous contracteur et donc, je pense, même pas un employé) a été le seul aspect positif de notre expérience, il était professionel, gentil, et très efficace. En tout, le travail a bien été fait 1 mois en retard. La 2e journée a laissé quelques petit détails comme quelques cigarettes par terre, et un bloc de ciment qu'ils ont placé entre ls clôture et la haie de cèdre.. aucune idée pourquoi? Mais je suis certaine que si Sean y avait été, ces détails auraient été remarqués et rectifiés. Ceci dit, cette expérience a été la pire pour nous en terme de service à la clientèle. Covid n'est pas une excuse pour du mauvais service. Mon conseil est de choisir une différente compagnie.

Do not hire this company. The site foreman is rude, swore at me and my wife after they drove a bobcat across the lawn and tore it all up. No response from the company about having it fixed. They didn't dig the holes the proper depth and when asked why they wouldn't be doing as per the specs, the foreman swore at me and said it was my fault that i wouldn't let them on the lawn with the bobcat. They don't show up on time, we've been waiting until "next week" for 4 months. There are a lot better companies out there, trust me.

(Original) Très déçu, travail mal fait, non respect du contrat, ils devaient installer 23 poteaux afin d’avoir une distance égale entre les poteaux , ils en ont installé 20 ce qui a pour effet que les distances varie de 2 pieds entre les poteaux, ils devaient installer la broche à minimum 2 pouces du sol ce qu’il n’ont pas fait il l’ont accoté à terre directement et même avec de la pression ce qui fait que la broche ballonne,fait le rond, clôture de 6 pieds de hauteur il ont couper des poteaux à 65 pouces de haut, ça n’a aucun sens faire un aussi mauvais travail, j’ai une barrière de de 10 pieds ( 2 de 5 pieds ) pour avoir accès à ma cour arrière ( car je demeure sur un coin) et elle n’ouvrait même pas, ils sont revenus la relever afin qu’elle ouvre, elle est maintenant 2,5 pouces plus haute que la clôture ce qui n’a pas de sens, j’ai parler au contremaître qui est venu corriger des différents problèmes et du non respect du contrat, il devait me revenir sur cela il y a 10 jours, pas entendu parler de lui ni de personne de Clôture Régionale à ce jour, par contre il se sont empressés de prendre le paiement final sur ma carte de crédit sans même vérifier avec moi si le travail était compléter, il ont laisser des tas de terre autour des poteaux que j’ai due moi-même enlever et disposer afin d’être capable de couper mon gazon, j’ai envoyé un courriel à Clôture Régional à cette effet en expliquant la situation avec plusieurs photos a l’appui, pas eu de réponse, je crois à laisser une chance à l’entreprise de corriger mais je crois avoir été assez patient, voilà pourquoi j’exprime ma frustration….. Pensez y deux fois avant de faire affaire avec cette entreprise vous risquez de vivre la même chose que moi…..

The company didn't help us when we turned to them and we didn't hear from the installer for 5 weeks. He had left equipment all over the yard, even at the neighbor's. Today a team of 4 installers showed up early (a first!) And they finished the mesh and the fence slats in just a few hours. Having known that it could be simple as well ... We lost a lot of working hours in order to supervise the work. We even had to lend a hand on certain occasions. Let's say you come out with better knowledge of fence installation and quality assurance, not something that you necessarily reloaded. Nous avons eu un installateur qui n'arrêtait pas de nous dire qu'il devait terminer les travaux rapidement afin de se faire rémunérer par la compagnie. Il avait une attitude négative et tout semblait être un problème pour lui. Disons qu'il n'est pas un bon ambassadeur de la compagnie et il ne nous a pas mis en confiance quant à ses compétences pour exécuter les travaux adéquatement. De plus, il a coupé une partie de notre haie de cèdres sans nous le demander et il a mal localisé une portion de la clôture pour ensuite enlever les poteaux dans le ciment au complet (même ceux qui étaient au bon endroit parce qu'il était frustré de son erreur) et il a laissé la cour totalement cochonnée, pleine de ciment. Nous l'avons forcé à venir nettoyer et il est parti avec des verges de terre propre. Le paysagiste a dû remettre de la terre autour du terrain. Après 4 ou 5 visites, les travaux n'avaient pratiquement pas avancé, seulement les poteaux avaient été mis et une portion de la maille. La compagnie ne nous a pas aidé lorsque l'on sest tourné vers eux et nous n'avons pas entendu parler de l'installateur pendant 5 semaines. Il avait laissé du matériel un peu partout dans la cour, même chez le voisin. Aujourd'hui une équipe de 4 installeurs se sont présentés tôt (une première!) et ils ont terminé la maille et les lattes de clôture en quelques heures seulement. Avoir su que ça pouvait être simple de même... Nous avons perdu beaucoup d'heure de travail afin de surveiller les travaux. Nous avons même dû porter main forte à certaines occasions. Disons qu'on en sort avec de meilleures connaissances en installation de clôture et en assurance de la qualité, pas quelque chose qu'on recharchait nécessairement. Bref, nous sommes bien content qu'on peut enfin mettre cette mauvaise expérience derrière nous.

When a foreman is rude and aggressive towards a paying customer and that he's on your property I find that totally unacceptable! This person is representing a company and should act accordingly. La personne qui est venu nous rencontrer n’avait pas son cahier de produits avec lui, n’avait pas ses outils de mesures ni même les piquets pour mettre ses repères sur le terrain. Tout le matériel lui a été fourni avec mes propres moyens (cela commençait bien!). De plus, on nous avait dit qu’il serait présent pour l’estimation des coûts vers les 20h, mais il s’est présenté à 22h à notre domicile. Qui se présente chez un client à une telle heure? Déjà à ce moment, nous aurions dû suivre notre instinct de ne pas faire appel à cette compagnie...mais nous ne l’avons pas fait. Lorsque nous avons demandé à quel moment nous pourrions envisager la fin de l’installation, l’évaluateur nous avait garanti une période de 1 mois. Ceci voulait donc dire que la fin des travaux serait pour le début juin ou la mi-juin. Nous sommes en septembre et il reste toujours des éléments à compléter. Pourtant, ce n’est pas la muraille de Chine que nous avons demandé. C’est l’equivalent de deux sections de clôtures que nous avons demandé, soit une d’environ 12m et la seconde de 14m. La raison du retard selon Clôtures Regionale sera remis sur le dos du fournisseur, car ce dernier ne remettra pas la portion en verre. Cependant, à la signature du contrat nous avions demandé si la compagnie avait en sa possession toutes les pièces ou si elle devait faire affaire à une autre compagnie. On nous avait promis que la compagnie avait tout en sa possession dans un entrepôt. Ce n’etait pas vrai. Lorsque l’échéance des travaux est arrivée, nous avons commencé à communiquer avec le propriétaire. Demandez-moi combien de fois le propriétaire m’a retourné un appel? Aucune fois. Vous pouvez être certain d’une chose, le propriétaire, Normand Genier, ne vous contactera jamais directement pour savoir comment se sont déroulés les travaux, vous ferez comme nous des appels ou des courriels mais la plupart seront sans réponses. Pour nous, notre clôture en verre a pris plus de 2 mois à se faire installer. Aujourd’hui, il reste encore des éléments à corriger. La raison d’un tel retard était que le fournisseur ne remettait pas les panneaux de verre à Clôtures Regionale. Cependant, jamais Clôtures Regionale ne s’est proposé d’aller chercher les panneaux directement chez le fournisseur qui est soit à Montréal ou à Gatineau même. Le propriétaire nous promettait que les panneaux seraient présents la semaine suivante. Et cela à chaque semaine. Cette situation a durée, je le répète, près de deux mois. Lorsqu’ils sont venu installer les portions en aluminium, après notre inspection nous avons remarqué que les clôtures étaient en majorité égratignées, usées par le frottement lors du transport et/ou que de la peinture était manquante. Nous avons fait plusieurs appels et courriels depuis la fin des travaux. Nous sommes toujours en attente que le tout soit réparé. Et toujours pas de nouvelles de la part du propriétaire. En lisant les commentaires des autres utilisateurs, je vois que plusieurs ont eu une expérience positive. Ce ne fut pas notre cas. Malheureusement, il y a très peu d'installateur de clôtures dans la région, et nous avons dû faire appel à ces derniers. Pour ma part, je ne les recommande pas pour les raisons suivantes: fiabilité, service à la clientèle, suivi à la clientèle, confiance. Je me demande comment une compagnie comme celle-ci fait pour survivre. Un conseil, ne les prenez pas. Leur service vaut un gros zéro, n’hésitez pas à aller chercher une compagnie en dehors de la région...c’est dommage je le sais de ne pas encourager une compagnie locale mais celle-ci n’est pas sérieuse.
