bought a wood stove and had it installed.... very bad service... didn't clean out the clay chimney before installing double wall insulated chimney... had a chimney fire due to bad install... Sun Heating came looked at it nothing done... chimney has no cap as the fire department had to take it off... would never recommend this company for a new wood stove or install process our price $6000.00 and later ... we now have to call in professionals who know what they are doing to put this install safe and back together.... I mean you can buy their stoves as they are the best... just hire someone else to install it safely...

Got 2 fireplaces from this store was told that they would come by to help me with some heating problems that I had 1st it was next week then it was the week after that it's now being 2 months and they still haven't came very bad customer service only looking for the money a real shame I like this place disappointed in everybody that works there including the owner very big disappointment.
