About a year ago, I had my furnace serviced by the Company owner. He and his son shared the work and I must say I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. The owner has a wealth of knowledge and is frank and up front with what you need and the best solution to any issue or service needs. I have had some bad results in the past hiring local companies but in this case, I have no regrets with Furling HVAC Services Inc. They now service my AC and furnace annually.

After experiencing severe problems with my furnace and AC unit last year, and getting no resolution and frankly disastrous customer service from my previous HVAC company I reached out to Phil at Furlong. Not only was his technician, Curtis, able to diagnose the problem in 1 visit, get it repaired in a timely manner, in our first heat wave of the season, and also gave my AC unit a clean bill of health saving me at least $1500 that my previous HVAC had quoted. Furlong HVAC just installed our new Keep-Rite mini-split heat pump system in our sun room and we couldn't be more pleased. They have previously replaced our furnace, central AC and gas water tank and we've always been pleased with their work. I can't express my gratitude enough to Phil and his team at Furlong HVAC Services. Before I discovered that Furlong was the original installer I had called another company to troubleshoot why my AC unit was not cooling my house. That company told me that my unit was 10 years old therefore at the end of its life and that I may want to consider a new one. He said to troubleshoot the problem further I was looking at upwards of $700 with no guarantee. After some thought and looking further into the situation myself I discovered the Furlong sticker in plain view with date of installation and phone number, so I called. Phil told me the unit is 5 years old with a life expected of 20 years because of the quality of the equipment he installed. He sent out a technician who was able to fix my unit very quickly costing under $100. I am so grateful to have someone I trust maintaining my furnace and AC.

My fairly new air conditioner unit failed on the hottest weekend days of the season June 26th & 27th 2021. I text & called my regular service person at Reliance Home Comfort. More than a week later I have not heard from the technician from Home Reliance. I contact a couple of other local HVAC service companies in the area. Both companies returned my call and confirmed they could book a service call within a day or two. When I spoke with Crystal at Furlong HVAC and she said her technicians were working in the Lyndhurst area. I said i was a neighbor and close by and lived on their return home route. Crystal said she already had them booked for an enroute call, but she said would talk to them and try and squeeze me in. Phil arrived within an hour of the call, came straight to my home while enroute home, investigated the problem, found the source of the problem and promptly fixed it. How COOL is that? and now we are cool too! .. thank you Crystal and Phil for your wonderful prompt service. It's exceptionally nice to know new neighbors and even better when we can help small businesses in our community. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Furlong HVAC for the best service ever! Thank you! refused service because I repeatedly answered his question he asked me 6 times. yes means yes not sure what answer you were looking for thanks for not doing your job and leaving us without ac and a newborn child in 40 degree weather no worries. We will deal with someone whos going to be professional and not just look for the easy way out. My attitude was atrocious as soon as you called me you were rude very rude I was not rude with you I told you I don't know how many times yes I changed the filter and for your information it wasn't even to do with the filter the pipe was cloged Haven came in and fixed it within 5 minutes so they took the business have a good one
