Justin Bowers built a home for us. The process of building a home is long and arduous. Justin did his best to help us through this. He has good relations with trades and was able to get us a quality build. Costs were as expected for a new build. There were delays which could be attributed to lack of trades people. We had a winter build which comes with its own challenges. Overall it was a good experience for our first home build. He has built several homes in the New Maryland area and all have great curb appeal.

From the very first meeting, Justin was very thorough in explaining the process to us and was able to put us at ease. The build went extremely well and most importantly ahead of schedule. Justin was always just a phone call or a text message away to answer all of our questions, no matter the time of day. It was also very nice to have Deborah help us with all of the design components, and to discuss any ideas we had design-wise. Justin built our home when I was posted to Gagetown three years ago and he has continued to impress me as an honest builder who is really the only option if you want a modern looking home in NB. We went through a realtor, Dana Demmings but that was a huge mistake, aside from our realtor doing next to nothing, Justin is the kind of guy that you can trust. His word is better than any contract and he actually had my best interests in mind when the realtor didn’t. Were I to do it all over again, I wouldn’t use a realtor and just use a lawyer for all the paperwork. I only had a brief chance to meet Justin on my house hunting trip and then didn’t meet up again with him for a couple months while my home was under construction. My realtor, Dana had promised to take pictures and send routine updates but didn’t even send one picture. Justin on the other hand, sent all kinds of updates and pictures without us even needing to ask which we loved. He communicated about styles and finishings and we got the exact house we wanted despite me being out of the country with work. He was even flexible with the date at the end which really helped us out. Fast forward about a year we had a minor issue with our house that was no fault of Justin’s. He was over immediately and fixed the issue without charging us a cent. He only wanted to make it right and that relationship didn’t end when the contract did. When I heard that Justin would be building the house next to us on an empty lot two and a half years later, my wife and I were just thrilled because we knew the kind of customer service we would be getting. There were a few issues with contractors parking on our lawn and things like that, that are normal when a home gets built next to yours. Justin made everything right and something that normally would be stressful was just a non-issue. Three years after getting our home built by Justin Bowers we continue to be impressed by the quality of workmanship of perfect home, the modern styling you just don’t get on the East Coast, and the focus on customer service that goes way beyond any contract. I highly recommend Justin Bowers to anyone and especially recommend him for military or government postings.
