This is my second time working with IPC. They are quick to respond to emails and inquiries, keep me updated on everything happening, and are prompt with appointment times. The work they have done in my house was done quickly and completed well. Each employee was respectful of our home and even tried to work around my children's nap schedules as much as possible. I would recommend them to anyone needing repair or renovation work done.

This Company Cost me near 15,000K down the drain. This includes the cost of work they did incorrectly, the costs of getting out of contract, and the costs to redo the work the way I wanted it. If you want a Company who will just do it however they want without any input then this may be the company for you but if you want to have some input on your Reno, and plan to talk to him about quality issues then you will want to find someone else and not waste your money

IPC caused a leak under a sink and didnt repair the damaged cabinet. IPC didnt come back when Ken said they would. IPC blamed others for their mistakes. I witnessed Ken doing plumbing without tools. Ken lied about broken valves. Ken told me paper towel stops sewer gas. Fart stopping paper towel Ken???

Read some of the below comments and I'm in shock, I've had multiple friends have work by this company, as I have myself, if I had any questions, even so much as 'hey Ken my dog chewed up a piece of the floor you just did' he was there to help. This company has amazing pricing, as well as the best customer service I've ever been given. Friendly friendly friendly. They always listen to my input and never steer me wrong. The below comments are obviously from bad people not from bad service from Ipc! THANKS for the great work IPC!!! From me and all my friends!!!

I can’t say much about their work as they never showed up. I called twice to have an estimate about some work I wanted done. I was given a time that someone was going to stop by to look at it and they never showed up or gave me a phone call to notify they weren’t going to be available. As far as a customer service goes, this was awful. Looking to have the work done by another company now.

IPC was recommended by colleagues of mine. Very pleased with the work IPC has performed for me. Considering there busy schedule they were able to fit in a smaller a job. They kept the lines of communication open, we’re very nice to deal with, and took action pretty quick. They were able to repair the window mechanism which was not closing all the away. The repair saved me thousands $$ versus replacing the window in a 4th floor Condo unit. IPC Reno Crew completed a full interior/exterior fire remediation cleaning of my home following the Wildfire event in Fort McMurray. Ken, Trish, and their crew took a home that had sat for 2 months collecting dust, and circulating poor quality air and gave it back to me cleaner than the day we bought it. Their crew came in on time, dead on estimated cost, and exceeded expectations outlined in the estimate. Ken was always available to be contacted via phone or texts, and any changes I made in the scope were followed up by a same day updated estimate. Attention to detail was what you would expect when the owners of the company are there with their workers seeing the job through. I highly recommend IPC Reno Crew to anyone in need of remediation for any reason. I would suggest they be given to your insurance company as your preferred vendor, as you're getting a local family owned/operated company that lives up to their reputation.

most knowledgeable and proffesional local company. Out of 4 or 5 companies I had quote my restoration work , it was very apparent that they were the most qualified and knowledgeable ... they were available right away , showed up in a timely manner and house is spotless. they were done within the time line I was expecting. communication was excellent and all of our concerns/questions were answered. no complaints at all. we would highly recommend anyone use them for restoration work.
