Awesome service! I had a problem with my furnace motor. Technician came over and of course the noise wasn't happening in that very moment. He asked us to take a video when it does and send it to him. Few hours latter we got the video of the noise I sent it right away he responded with the problem. Very next morning came and replaced the motor in know time. Great and fast service and very nice to deal with.

These guys are the best. On time and will fit you in pretty much any time. No surprises. They are as thorough as you can get and trustworthy. We had James at our place for a week straight installing 2 AC units, a gas fired garage heater, and tidying up some ductwork. Getting them back in the spring to install a gas insert in one of our fireplaces.

Highly recommend! Very professional team. I had issues with my garage heater where I could smell gas/exhaust throughout my garage and I made a call on Sunday for Berwic to assist. They answered the call and were here first thing Monday morning. The individual thoroughly inspected the unit and gas line to my heater. They found there was a leak at one of the fittings. They had the line repaired, cleaned up and put away in no time. I will definitely be calling on Berwic for any future heating and cooling needs in my home. Thank you Luke and the team at Berwic.

I recently needed a new furnace. I phoned Berwick Heating and Cooling on a Wednesday later in the afternoon around 4 pm and by 6 a gentleman by the name of James arrived promptly. He scoped out my furnace and it was found that my furnace had a large crack and informed me to shut it down for safety purposes. James left and by 9pm that night he came up with a quote. He secured a furnace to install for me for Friday a.m. I found James to be extremely well versed in his profession and easily communicated what needed to be said to myself in a way I could painlessly understand. I appreciate the professionalism from Berwick Heating and Cooling. I will definitely use Berwick in the future and specifically ask if James is available.

Called Berwic because I had some “pinhole leaks” on fairly recent ss vent pipe I had installed a couple years ago on a tube heater. I just wanted to ensure the unit was installed correctly and needed expert advice on why this stainless pipe would be rotting so soon. I called Friday and was told to expect a call on Monday on tech availability. This was fine as it was not an emergency as weather was still warm. I had to call them late Monday as I feared they forgot about me. The lady answered and was told to expect a tech the next morning. James showed up and was excellent. Very polite and professional, he was intrigued as to why this pipe prematurely failed. He started digging into it… found the manufacturer likely had a substandard shipment of stainless. Using Berwic relationships with vendors, James was able to get the replacement parts under warranty. I only received an invoice for a couple hours work, which was exactly what the job took. Koodo’s to James and it proves again that a great field tech is the best marketing for service businesses like this! The only reason to not give it the 5th star was the delay with invoicing (about 2 weeks) and scheduling the tech for the call as I had to call back when told they would call me. If I could give 4 1/2 stars, I would. As a comparison, I’m still waiting for one of their largest competitors to call me… it’s been about 3 months.

Absolutely amazing customer service with Luke @ Berwick yesterday. Our blower motor stopped working on our furnace at -28. We had a complete replacement and install done on a Sunday!!!! I will definitely call them again for any of our HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

Very professional company, clean trucks built for purpose, all the guys have uniforms and invoice electronically with multiple epayment options. I had a boiler installed for my domestic water and in floor heating and the equipment they installed and the workmanship they provided were both top quality. I always had an update on progress and a prompt response with email or text. The piping and equipment all look very tidy and clean. During the install they worked extremely hard to ensure I wasn’t without hot water longer than necessary. Would use again for any heating/cooling.

Asked for a quote in the summer for a new furnace, ac, and to replace the heat tracing under my home. Got no response, and sent a follow up message. No response again. This would have would up being a job worth about $10 000. As much as I wanted to use Berwic based on the reviews, we went with Dragon.
