Derek came onsite and worked on my furnace. The price was amazing and his service and professionalism was excellent! Not only was the furnace fixed and working great, he was very personable and kept me in the loop on what he was doing from start to finish never making me feel like I was not part of the process. It is hard to find people in the trades with great customer service skills along with superior work but he is definitely one of the few.

Derek was great to work with. I had a major emergency issue with my hydronic heating system on a -30F day that caused a no-heat situation that needed to be responded to immediately. He showed up and was able to diagnose the problem and get it working. He is resourceful and responsive, including communicating status and how he is going to solve your issue. I would definitely recommend his services.
