I was basically called a liar when I called them for some parts. I knew what I had and what I needed and they would not help me. When the sales person finally said they could get what I needed, they jacked the price. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Price gouging people cause you think they have no other choice than you, in a small town is appalling. I'm a heating tech by trade and will never recommend this company to anyone for anything.
