Family run company that makes you feel part of the family process.Great individuals to work with from the initial sales presentation to closing . Where can you walk in and have a coffee with the owner “Park Lane”. Truly a hands on organization, you are part of the building process once you confirm that they are the builder of choice. The communication, quality, on time commitment is exceptional. There is not one member of their “Team” that is not approachable you even get to meet the tradesmen at the monthly end of the month pizza lunch. Purchasing a home should be a exciting experience the Park Lane Team makes it happen. Park Lane the builder of choice for our family.

Our home is a beautifully, well made home. There are many extra features that are important to a solid well built house that they include which are above the regular code.
