He was able to determine the issue right away and came back on Monday (at my request) to complete the repair. He was very kind and professional and took the time to explain all options to ensure that I was able to make an educated decision. My mother is a senior. The motor in her furnace quit. She called a company to come. They charged her a large service fee and wanted her to agree to a 2 yr contract for this repair. She heard about Furnace Pros and gave them a call. They did NOT charge her a service call and were able to replace her motor for almost half of what the other company charged and best of all she was not obligated to sign a 2 yr contract. She was thrilled and is telling all her friends about Furnace Pros!!

From our first contact with Jason, we were impressed. A young man who embodies home town values, trusted relationships, and hard work. He was at our door within 30 minutes of the call. Fast, efficient, and well versed in his trade. Jason spent the time to explain, trouble shoot, and come up with multiple options for us to consider. In the end, due to the "antique" of a furnace we had; we decided to bite the bullet and go for a new furnace. Jason was extremely helpful in narrowing down the best options for our cottage. With Jason's experience and local knowledge, he was able to find the perfect fit of a furnace. With the savings, we were able to spoil ourselves and upgrade to a Tankless hot water system as well. Jason had Travis and Garth working their tails off for 2 days. Obviously a great boss with the respect and hard work his team put in. They are all excellent at their craft, and were detailed in everything they did. I hope not to have to call them back, but the A/C is only 6 years old, so I have a feeling I'll need them in the next few years! They will be my first and only call! If you want high quality workmanship, an honest hardworking team, and someone who knows what he's doing.... Call Jason!
