If you need a foundation I’d suggest PosTech screw piles. They showed up early which made my day. They took the time to explain every detail to me about the process and procedures before beginning. The company took it on them self’s to schedule the hydro call before you dig and that made me happy as that was one less thing to worry about. The work was finished in less time then I expected which is good because time is money in my trade. I am very pleased with the service Postech provided and the coustmer service was amazing wile scedualing a date and time. Every time I called or emailed, Someone answer first call and replayed within the hour. The two gentlemen for Postech were very professional and polite. 10/10 thanks a lot for the service Postech

Very professional people. They offered great advise on my project and made sure that I only installed what I needed to get the stability I wanted. I was comfortable with my purchase received high value for my money. They offered assistance with the site inspections and when the installation was delayed do to weather they called me right away to reschedule. The piles are adjustable yet the crew made sure that I was level and ready for the next step. Above and beyond thank you for the great work. oh I also forgot, they were so gentle on my yard you didn't even know they were they!

I have 'Barkman' concrete steps. They are held onto the house with two large bolts. One bolt broke, the step sagged down on that side and rather than replace the step - I had Potech install a 'screwpile' beside the broken side of the step. They lifted the concrete step up to level and placed a metal bracket on the pile that supports the step. The installers were fast and you could tell they 'knew what they were doing' as they got the pile in without damaging my house or the lawn.
