Alan and his team of Viking were nothing sort of exceptional in all that they do. Attention to detail and working with the client really shows with outstanding results. Viking came in after a less than ideal with another contractor and essentially save the day. Project has progressed much further than I ever thought would be possible. Their personnel were very professional and accommodating. They were approachable and answered any questions that we had along the way. They were able to change the scope of work as the project progressed with ease. Very flexible. I also was impressed at how much pride these professionals had taken in their work. Each of them presented and conducted themselves as if they owned the company. We have hired Alan, Shane and the rest of Viking for extensive reno on 4 properties that are near completion in under 3 months. My partner and I feel that Viking made us felt like we were in total control of the projects and we cannot thank them enough for all that they have done. Finally, While Viking are not cheap, the value they bring is nothing short of over the top. I have quotes already done on several properties and while the over all quote between the 2 contractors was somewhat the same, the similarities ended there. With Viking, you will pay a fair price, however they deliver so much more. Please take my word for it, when you hire Viking, as soon as you give the Go Ahead, you're already receiving value in piece of mind and tradespeople who are confident in carrying out the tasks on time and within budget.
