Would highly recommend! Needed my windows fixed, and Eastern siding had the best pricing, also great over-the-phone and in person customer service. The workers were super nice and overall really respectful, they cared for my house, handled themselves professionally. The guys working this job have been just great and the work done has been fantastic. From the time we started looking at catalogues to the finished product, we have been pretty happy. The salesperson came to us on our schedule and sat patiently while we tried to figure out what we wanted. Even when we had trouble deciding, or changed our minds, they were very accommodating. The siding and windows were installed fairly quickly and they are great looking and well done. When we had a little trouble, such as dirt in the house or a messy window, it was dealt with immediately. We just had our roof done as well and it was done quickly and well. The price is not cheap, but I believe the quality, service and warranty make it well worth the money.

The guys that installed the windows were great and did a great job. I’ve had a few windows done by another company before but Window World are the ones I will go back to for all future windows. The new siding job was done very well. There was plenty of valuable discussion with the two experienced workmen regarding dealing with the unforeseen rot issues that were revealed when the old siding was removed. The workmen fixed some installation errors (the source of the problem) related to the vapor barrier dating from when the house was built, and replaced associated damaged wood, two windows and a door. Advice was also given regarding how to achieve the desired look of the siding job, e.g. trim colors, and front-entrance/steps colors. I am very pleased with the outcome.
