Service is mediocre. Waiting more than a month to get faulty dampers replaced (under warranty) which due to malfunction are causing a lack of heat in the home. Have made multiple calls about the repair to be told I'd hear back, but that doesn't happen.

knowledgeable bunch, but extremely over priced. The service tech spent less then 10 mins in my house to listen to my heat pump, and bill was $217
