My family and I used Elevate Home Retail Construction Inc. for our washroom reno. Basically how everything went down was we told them the budget and time line, they said ok and started ;looking around the washroom area. They said they have an inhouse designer to keep the costs down and that the design and rendering of the project would be free if we were to sign up with them within the next 7 days. My husband and I both asked what’s that saving us? They said without blinking 5-7k, (our washroom is the master and slightly bigger then most). My husband and I looked a bit skeptical, the guys looked at us and said we completely understand what you are thinking but in reality every reno project needs a drawing, engineering, plumbing, electrical. A washroom and kitchen is where everyone puts their money, and we do things differently than most companies. We don’t use any unlicensed trades, every trade has to prove to us they have insurance and WSIB and we have an program called Buildertrend. This app keeps everything going smoothly, everything is transparent meaning you the home owner can see when things are scheduled, you are kept up to date with everything in real time. So in short Elevate is not run of the mill 2 guys and a truck company. We sign up with them because not only was their presentation great, they proved that every trade they use was covered with insurance and WSIB and eventing one was licenced. Buildertrend was really cool too, everything was displayed that we needed to know, nothing was hidden.

It is my pleasure to post this review for ELEVATE Home and Retail Construction. We recently purchased our retirement bungalow. The house has good bones, but definitely in need of upgrades. We met with one of the owners and 2 members of his crew. They arrived on time, were polite, and quickly got down to business. They presented their ideas and solutions and were open to working with us during take down. The quote was received the next day, consisting of 3 different plans addressing renovations to the main bathroom, the kitchen, and the flooring thru-out. We were very pleased with quote, it was reasonable and stayed within budget. We were introduced to the app "BuilderTrend" which made for seamless communication, receiving notifications regarding scheduling, arrival of supplies, deposit payments etc. The renovations have gone smoothly. The craftsmanship is outstanding, truly done to perfection. We highly recommend ELEVATE to anyone wishing professionalism, dependability, and a job well done for a fair price.

Its always scary to take on a renovation of any proportion especially if you are not knowledgeable about the subject. The guys at Elevate did very well in my opinion, very responsive, very personable, very professional. the design for my home addition project came out way better than I expected or even believed it could be. the Guys told me that they have the tools and the know how on how to do things transparent and right. They did not disappoint, I would highly recommend this company.

I don't usually do any kind of reviews for anyone, just not my thing...call me old fashioned. These guys are without a doubt on of the most professional companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They came, had a fantastic sit down meeting putting all our ideas on the table. We were told (wife and i) everything will go through the buildertrend program. I was skeptical but at the end of it all I was very happy with how everything was handled.

Rod and his crew completed a basement for a property we have in the Beaches. The work was complex. It required many site visits pre-construction and planning. We want top of the line finishes and workmanship. Rod was super patient. He was detailed and a good listener. He did not mind how specific we were. He was present during the entire project and we could follow project milestones on an app as well. The project was completed on time and within our budget despite a few changes. My basement was turned into a legal rental unit and Elevate provided me with the drawings and permits, i was very pleased by the 3D drawings and rendering.
