We called EAMA to engage them to inspect the backflow prevention device at our industrial building. They called us back right away and forwarded it to the appropriate department. We were pleasantly surprised that they went out to perform the service the next day. A day after that we got a call from Joshua that the service had been completed the previous day and asked us for our billing information. The report provided to us was thoroughly done in a very timely manner. So, we're happy.
