Bought an SRI home. Low quality manuafcturing, unfinished finishings, drawer sliders work, just don"t put normal materials in them or they fall off the tracks, cabinets do not do well with normal kitchen items as they fall off the supports. Doors jams twisting, ceiling edging coming apart at the seams overall unsatifactory.

If you do order from them I'd advise to do everything through email so you have a record. We had issues with the whole floor from front to back right off the start. We fought for a new floor. Fought long and hard. And two years later we walked away with a settlement. If you've been ripped of or it's a warranty issue do not give up the fight. Lesson learned.

The service is terrible no one ever answers the phone. Left multiple messages never got a call back. Had to take time off work to go to factory in person.

Our floor is totally falling apart, sent over someone to look at it , he said it was water damage,went through insurance, they tore apart my floors and said no water damage. Just not done right , had this home for one year and had to replace all the taps , doorknobs, flooring !!! Buyer beware!!!

They will try everything to waste your time. They took 7 hours to unload half trailer. It was just an hour job. Poor management don’t even consider about your time. Employees do they work and suddenly they vanish for like 2 hours. OMG.
