This is Fraud! Barry's Plumbing and Heating was not diligent in getting enough information from a client they performed work for. Even if he gave you my information, I was not contacted to authorize work to be done, using my name. When the client bailed on payment, they hired Falcon Collection and Investigation Inc. to collect the balance owing. Without accurate information on the individual owing the outstanding balance, Falcon issued a report with Equifax. Equifax put a collections hit on my credit history, now I'm left trying to clear my credit. I called Barry's Plumbing and Heating, to have the owner clear things up. It took way too many times before Derek finally answered the phone. I left a message for Barry to call me back, it's been 2 weeks now, and Barry doesn't have the decency to return my call or text. This is not ethical or professional, and he has smeared an innocent man's credit. I didn't even want to hit the one star rating, it doesn't give me that option. I have now started legal proceedings against Barry's Plumbing and Heating.
