Diana has been a great help for us and more importantly has shown great patience with us on the design of our garden. She spent evenings and weekends working on the design of our back garden and has come up with a design both my wife and I love. Diana continues to give us great advise on what to do with our plants and vegetable garden. We would highly recommend New Roots Landscaping to anyone who either needs just a handyman or a complete re-design of their garden.

New Roots came out to our property to quote us for a job, it seemed a little expensive but we have a large hedge and we really needed some help. They didn’t trim the top of our hedge at all and completely skipped a garden bed to the side of the house. When I asked about this, I was told that it wasn’t specified in the quote. It took multiple contact attempts to get them to respond to me. When I did get ahold of Diana, she told me that she could send the crew back to fix the problem. A few days later, I find her crew in my yard working on things that I didn’t ask them to do. When I tried to redirect them to the area that I had discussed with Diana, I was informed that they don’t have the equipment or the insurance to do the job properly. This would have been really good information to have during the initial site visit, the day they were actually doing the work, or the follow up phone call. I was then made to feel unreasonable when I explained they were billing me nearly the full amount while they didn't complete the job they quoted for. I was told that this is a very busy time for them and they are experiencing growing pains at the moment. That’s not a problem, but don’t make me pay for your communication issues, both with your own team or with your customers.

I've used New Roots for the last 3 years to do my annual Spring clean up, I also used them a few weeks ago when I was doing some work out back. Super busy time of year but I needed some last minute help to dig a spot for a landing for my replacement sundeck stairs when I my shoulders made me tap out. Dianna responded quickly to my text, then scheduled a crew out to dig up my lawn and lay down some gravel. Great job especially on a couple days notice!

New Roots Landscaping do a great job pruning my fruit trees every year. This past year they used their organic spray to prevent the aphids from taking hold, which worked out beautifully. The trees remained aphid free and the leaves looked great all through their growing season. My two young apple trees have flourished!
