The guy had kept in the loop as I had with him as to what's been happening. We determined there is no issue with the gas fired boiler or the venting up to roof. The issue that I had already 'boiled' it down to was the CO2 detector had malfunctioned after 1 year of installation. He had confirmed this with me over the phone as I could not be present. Was on time and professional with staff at assisted living services, thank you for the screening process.

i give them Zero stars, they are inept, incompetent, and i dont think they take any pride in what they set out to do. our boilers were tripping out so i had them come take a look they said the boilers needed servicing so i had them get to it, they only did one. and they didn't do a complete service they just cleaned up around the boiler. probably because they have sprinkler fitters doing a gas fitters job. They came out a second time, to service the other boiler, this time it seems like a proper service was done, i dont really know tho because buddy took off with out saying anything, so i went to check the work, on the service record form it says he took apart the flow switch, and inspected it. i looked at the flow switch and it was leaking everywhere. Probably why he took off so quick. the next day the boiler tripped high limit overload, again, weird, thought they may have checked to see if it was warn out. guess not it is only 15 years old. so i had someone else come and do a proper service. they replaced the high limit over loads and did a proper job, now the boilers actually stay running and cascade properly.
