I found the staff to be "completely incapable" of following the simplest of instructions as they threw away the template.... i specifically requested that they save for me .... as it is from the early 1900s and irreplaceable save your self the wasted time and effort and don't attempt to get any decent service or the minimal level of respect that , any other business can provide

The owner kier and the whole team at LSM totally crushed my kitchen reno for my cafe. I had only one month to completely renovate my commercial kitchen and install a ventilation/ fire suppression system. Lewis sheet metal completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget, with no bumps or issues coming up. I was able to get my business re opened and up and running again quicker then I anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was friendly and top notch, with all of my questions or concerns being addressed immediately.The quality of the workmanship was also very good. I also priced around town and lewis sheet metal for sure had the lowest prices for the project.All in all LSM made the whole experience less expensive, less time consuming, and less stressful for me. I waited 2 weeks for a residential rep to come to my house, then he never quoted. So I called him, and he says he had a computer error, and won't be able to do the job for another month and a half. I was not looking for a quote, I was trying to hire them.... don't waste your time with Dave. Nice guy but pathetic service
