We were so very happy with the work that High Definition did for us. Not only were the roofers hard working, consultative, organised (they really planned out their schedule for our tight space) and tidy, but they went above and beyond to find solutions when unexpected circumstances arose. This included helping us to come up with a novel, well-priced, and quick solution when a separate contractor (not at all related to HD) cancelled at the last minute. HD manager Harrison also made a generous decision (for which HD had to change their own schedule) when we (the home owners) misunderstood something about our quote. The mistake was ours, but their decision was so helpful - they really took the high road. And most importantly - our roof looks GREAT and appears to have been constructed so solidly. Thank you!! We would recommend you to anyone.

They where amazing. We called them to our farm in a emergency there staff was calming and understanding. We where up and dry within a few hours. Owner him self came out asked if there was anything he could do and keeped his word. Very happy and dry.

Nice enough guys, but honestly, High Def. did a brutal job on our strata. They covered existing vents with plywood - we only found out by accident when we hired another company to check on our insulation. They failed to re-attach ducts to vents in several units in our complex.

These guys are amazing! Dave, Harrison and the whole HD Roofing team definitely go above and beyond in customer service and in the work they do on your house. They truly care if the customer is completely happy with the job they do. They replaced our roof several years ago and then came back to replace all the vents when they found they were defective from the manufacturer. They recently replaced our no-leak skylight when it started leaking and dealt with the manufacturer for us when they wouldn't do anything about it. I would highly recommend these guys! They definitely deserve all the awards and great reviews they've been receiving.

I highly recommend this team of roofers. They are friendly, work well together and took great care of our property while on the job. At the end of the day we could hardly tell our place had been a major construction zone only minutes earlier (aside from the supplies and bin which were neatly out of the way).
