When Amped Electrical came to install our electric car charger, the technician damaged the fibre optic cable and knocked our internet (home business) out for over 24 hours. Mistakes happen, but the response from management was sort of like "oh well" and no ownership taken. Lucky Telus took care of us efficiently and cost-effectively. We then received our bill from Amped: the company that we had sourced the electric vehicle charger from gave us the price, and they dropped the unit off at Amped. Amped did mark up on the unit itself around $400!! Totally unreasonable considering it was handed right to them and they had no work in sourcing the business. The owner at Motorize in Victoria was extremely apologetic for Amped's actions and gave us a credit at their dealership, even though the fault was not theirs. Again, no response taken or care given by Amped. Will not use again and would not recommend.

On friday Aug 7 2020, Martin was sent to do a small installation of a plug for our tankless hot water, he was first class, polite, on time and left the work site clean, and kept his cool when the breaker cover was giving him a tough time.Well Done!!
