My husband and I have recently purchased a beautiful property, with much need for maintenance and upkeep, in Algoma region. A real estate professional recommended J.A.C Maintenance Services to help us with the yearly management. We are so very happy with Christine and Jean's masterful workmanship, attention to detail and utmost integrity. All the work that they have done - structural improvements to the property, cleaning and trash removal, improvements to wood structures in and outside of the cabin, winterizing, landscape maintenance - surprise us every time because the excellence of their work, attention to detail and intelligence of their solutions to problems surpass our every expectation. But even more important than the excellence of their work is their integrity: they recommend what jobs need to be done, dissuade us from unnecessary expenses, charge reasonable prices and, at the end, treat our property with the same respect and commitment as if it were their own. We love working with Christine and Jean and cannot recommend them highly enough, both for the quality of their work, and for their quality as people and professionals - they have golden hands, golden hearts, and golden minds.
