I'm so thankful for Cogan Contractors as they have a commitment to quality and workmanship which sadly is a rarity these days. It is such a relief to be able to hire a contractor with zero hesitations or worry about the end job! My husband and I have used Cogan Contractors twice, once for a deck repair and again to build a fence. Both times we were blown away by the amazing job that was done. As we slowly save our pennies to develop our basement we already know who we will call: Alan and his crew. I recommend him to everyone.

Alan fixed our basement after it got flooded (flooring, drywall and painting). He and his crew are responsive, got back to us within the day from the time we contacted them. They were also extremely fast, finishing the job within a week of starting. The crew that worked in our site was considerate and careful. As the work proceeded, any concerns that came up were easily solved. We are extremely happy with our new basement and would definitely hire Cogan Contractors again.

Excellent company to deal with. Alan and Kayley are renovating my basement . They have done a bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room and a storage room. They will be back in the New Year to complete the rest of the basement. Very reliable and pleasant to have in the house. The only deviation from the original quote was for add ons that I have requested. In spite of some very adverse situations they are on schedule. This is my second project with them and will have them for any further projects. Thanks to them I have a gorgeous basement area. Alan talks to me on a regular basis about the project. Fantastic to work with.

Alan and his team built a PVC deck and wood fence for our brand new home. We obtained several quotes for composite/PVC decks before deciding to go with them. From the start, he was a good communicator and answered any questions we had. His price also came in lower than the others. We would not hesitate to recommend Alan to anyone. Alan built a 2 tier deck for us at the start of the spring season this year. He was easy to work with when it came to design and communicated well throughout the project. There were hiccups at the start of the build due to the frost but his team worked hard to overcome it. Our deck is something I am extremely proud of and so thankful that Alan was able to put this together for us. There have been minor fixes to address through the building permit process but Alan has been quick to address.

Alan built me a replacement deck Wonderfull to work with. Came in lower than original estimate as they were able to save some of structural supports. Took only about 24 hours and bin was picked up quick. Great crew. I recommend them fully. Very refreshing after some of the rip-off artists that I asked for bids.
