Unit heater install in garage. Working with the folks at Bronco was a great experience. I was looking for a separated combustion furnace as I regularly have fumes and fine dust in my garage and wanted to avoid blowing myself up and I also wanted a colinear vent to avoid having two holes through the garage. They delivered solidly and happily on both my requests and at good value. I highly recommend their services.

Dishonest mechanic- Was recommended by my building management when I needed my thermostat replaced. Came in and for a visit less than an hour charged me $231 for $75 thermostat and 1.5 hours of work. Phone call with mechanic was threatening as I called out the scrupulous business practice. Stay away from them and find a more honest mechanic

I would highly recommend Bronco Mechanical Contractors. I first contacted them during an emergency sump pump repair. Our basement flooded and Armando was able to provide us with a fair price and booked an appointment right away. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism. Based on my positive experience with them I contacted Armando again to complete the plumbing renovations required (i.e. connecting our bar sink, connecting our vanity and toilet). Since we had to purchase new material for the basement renovations there were some issues with making the material fit. Armando was very helpful and honest about future issues that might emerge and provided us with some feasible solutions. I appreciate that he was thinking long term rather than doing a quick fix. We will continue to use Bronco mechanical contractors for our plumbing needs. I wish I knew about them when we first developed our basement (our original plumbers ripped us off, when we negotiated a contract they did not tell us they were going to charge us the full plumber rate but use their apprentice/students to do the actual work, did a poor job connecting the vanity it was leaking). With Bronco Mechanical there is no false advertising, they are honest and transparent.

I should have called Bronco last week; water heater died on Friday, spent a long weekend trying to find parts. Installing fan and fixing hot water tank leaking problem. First time they (two technicians) came in late to install the bathroom fan and I think what they charge was okay. They took a look at my water tank and said they would come the next day as they were running out of time and needed to get the appropriate o ring. The next day the same two technicians came in with o rings and said none of them fit after trying. They needed to run to store nearby to buy the right one (I wonder why they couldn't figure out the right size and type of the o ring last time), and would be back in 20 minutes. When they were gone for almost one hour, I called them and they said it took them long because the store staff wasn't doing their job. Bronco mechanical ended up charging me for the full hour. They said I have to pay for two men hour too. I wonder why they decided to use two people to work on this in the first place. Paying for their service is just a one-time thing for me. In addition, it's very interesting and inspiring to read how they responded to critics in reviews. In response to your response: I did the first review at the end of the first day and told the technicians about it when I scheduled for their second service day. All the mistery about "how service industry works" occurred during the techinicians' second visit. Moreover, I wonder how you figured I was going to edit the review if you were confident about your service quality and being professional? Should've refused to pay for the second visit as my time was wasted. Now both my time and my money were wasted. Again, I enjoy reading your responses to all critics.
