Nick the sales representative was a great help. He not only encouraged us to file a claim on our existing shingle roof, but he helped us by taking the pictures, filing the paper work and ensuring that all was done properly and go us money back to us towards the new roof. When the work on the roof was done Lakeshore Roofing showed up with a team was able to do the job within hours and the job was done beautifully and professionally. They cleaned the area when they where finished and it was like they where never there. They even had to handle a very large wasp nest at no extra charge. I would recommend Lakeshore Roofing and would use them again and would definitely do business with Nick again, a very kind and trust worthy man.

One word to describe @lakeshoreroofing is efficiency! From A to Z my experience was a positive one. I had signed a roofing contract in fall, 2019 and was worried about what would happen after the pandemic. Catherine in the office is so thorough and organized, no confusion about my contract and I was put as a priority for spring 2020. The work team is also very punctual and clean. They took care of all my pots, flowers and plants around the house before starting the work AND full clean up after the job was done. Nick then came a couple of days later for a full inspection and follow up. This is the second time I use Lakeshore Roofing. They’re courteous, professional and fast. They were in and out the same day and my roof looks amazing. The only thing was the clean up. In general it was good but I found a dozen cigarette butts and a few dozen nails all around the property. Having said that, would I recommend and/or use their service again? Oh yeah, without hesitation.

I used Lakeshore roofing to install a new roof last year and I am overall rating this company a 3/5. Things I liked: - Sal was easy to talk to and took the time to explain all the different options. - No deposit was required. Things I liked less: - Hundreds of nails on the lawn and gutters, cigarette butts and other detritus. - Employer didn't supply a portable bathroom for the employees, so my mother-in-law witnessed an employee relieving himself in front of our window on the driveway. - The front roof leaked during the first winter. I was very unhappy about the company's personal response to me when I brought this up, but as the conditions were severe for many shingle roofs last February, I can accept that it may have been somewhat unavoidable. Still, I was very disappointed with how they treated us. Overall, this company is efficient and fast, but they are not as good with cleanliness, and once they have your money, the owners are less than helpful afterwards. Overall a 3/5.

From the day I called Lakeshore Roofing to today and met Nick Economou, I knew I was in good hands. I had purchased my home in 2017 and the roof leaked in 2018. I found the old owner’s receipt from Lakeshore Roofing from 2005 and gave them a call to see if they could help - Nick was there the next day on my roof, checking for the issue and sealing it. After fixing my roof temporarily, Nick mentioned it was in pretty bad shape even though it was only 13 years old. He explained to me that there was a Class Action Lawsuit against the shingles company which I could participate in even if I did not pay for the roof initially. He guided me through that process A-Z, provided insights and even took pictures for me. Incredible service. This professionalism gave me sufficient confidence to order a new roof from Nick & Lakeshore Roofing while I filed my claim which would partially offset the costs. I would recommend Lakeshore Roofing & Nick to my family and therefore to anyone looking for expert advice when it comes to their roof. Major issues like a roof caused me some anxiety but Nick & crew alleviated that immediately. Highly recommend them!

We had contacted many companies without success because they give appointments but do not come or even do not show up to do the work. Lakeshore Roofing did as it said and met the dates and deadlines it committed to on its mission. Our experience was excellent and stress free with them. Sal looked after us very well, he was very cordial and very professional. From the first meeting until the end of the installation. He was always available and answered all of our questions. The condo appreciated that they did inspections and repairs to the aluminum while it was on the roof even though it was not originally planned. Technically, employees know what they are doing. The cleaning has been done as a whole with care in the areas at risk. We found a few nails and small debris but this is inevitable given the amount of debris when removing the old shingles). The work seems to have been done with quality and meticulously… the next few years will tell us and we will see the after-sales service…. My co-owners and I RECOMMEND ROOFING LAKESHORE and Sal for your roofing work. Thank you to CAA Quebec for recommending it to us. Lakeshore Roofing a fait ce qu’elle a dit et a respecté les dates et délais qu’elle s’était engagé dans sa sounission. Notre expérience a été excellente et sans stresse avec eux. Sal s’est très bien occupé de nous, il a été très cordial et très professionnel. Depuis la première rencontre jusqu’à la fin de l’installation. Il s’est toujours rendu disponible et a répondu à toutes nos questions. La copropriété a apprécié qu’ils ont fait des inspections et réparations de l’aluminium pendant qu’il était sur le toit même si ce n’était pas prévu initialement. Techniquement, les employés savent ce qu’ils font. Le nettoyage a bien été fait dans son ensemble avec un soin dans les zones à risque. On a retrouvé quelques clous et petits débris mais cela est inévitable vu la quantité de débris en enlevant les anciens bardeaux). Le travail semble avec été fait avec qualité et méticuleusement…les prochaines années nous le diront et on verra le service après-vente…. AAA service and experience from beginning to the end. Started with their receptionist who was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand. She put my in contact with Nick who showed up on time and provided price competitive quotation. 2 days after signing the contract, we had a roof leak and Terry reprioritized us to get the roof done immediately rather than waiting another 4-6 weeks. Big crew showed up and everything got done at record pace and the cleanup was fine.

Lakeshore roofers replaced our roof around 2007, everything about the job was done professionally and quickly and for a fair price. The roof is still in perfect shape. We had an extension added in 2011 and recently had an issue with its roof , I called Nick and he came by and checked it out , replaced a sewer stack cap and diagnosed the issue ( Honestly ) with recommendations of how to fix it. He waived my offer to pay! That is service. Highly recommend Lakeshore Roofers

Great job, great service. The company first informed me of the class action suit against older BP shingles, of which I was unaware. No other roofing company informed me of this (and I had interviews with quite a few before deciding who to hire). Nick the sales rep was also very helpful in getting those class action forms filled out and in taking the required pics that he himself emailed to BP for the class action suit.
