This review is based on the lack of communication (poor customer service) and not based on their work since I couldn't even get to that point.
Saw the Google reviews and was happy to know that there is a company that focuses on Dry Wall repair. The only other company with high reviews and stellar performance is in Ottawa. When I called in, no one picked up which is fine as I tried the next day. I called in a few more times with no response. Finally, towards the end of the day (around 4pm), someone picked up which what sounded like it was from their cellphone (which is fine). The gentleman asked what I needed, and I explained to them my situation. He then told me that they are very busy, but that they could possibly send someone by the end of the month (this was March 2nd). He asked me to send an email with the details. I sent all the information that was asked and after two month, still haven't received any communication back.
Customer service is very important for any company, no matter how big or small. Even if they can't do the job, simply reply back and let the person know. Ghosting shouldn't be the new norm.

In reply to Danro's response, I did actually use the site's self-service at first, which is what prompted me to make phone calls because no one replied. When the gentleman asked me to use the website and submit photos, I opted to use the "info" email on the site" because I didn't even get a reply from the self-service in the first place. I've attached the screenshot from my email . As you can see, when I search for "Danro" in my gmail, there are two entries; the first email that I sent out on March 2nd, and a reply to my Google review from Danro on May 7th. That's more than 2 months later and it's a reply to my Google review, not even my original inquiry...
